7th and 13th: Resurfacing The reason behind re-surfacing the 7th and 13th is because the chemicals used have created more damage than anticipated. We attempted to over-sow twice with no results due to the chemical residual impeding the thatch layer and therefore not allowing the seed to germinate. By removing the thatch means taking the top 100mm off
