The White Horse Cup Team had the bye this weekend and there were mixed results for the other three teams.
The Club hosted the A Pennants round this morning and our boys took full advantage of playing at home. The team won comfortably against St Georges Basin 5 : 1. There were wins for Lloyd Herron, Jack Brand, Mark Johnston, Nathan Rees and Steve Walda. Will Okenden squared his match.
The B Pennants unfortunately came up empty handed again in a loss to Moss Vale at Worrigee. The team lost 4 : 2 with only Adrian Wedd and Justin Mangan registering points.
The C Pennants Team showed some improvement this week after a pep talk from Barney sitting behind the 9th Green at the Arnold Palmer International in Bay Hill Florida !!! They were held to a 3 : 3 tie against Links Shell Cove at Gerringong. Wins came from Garry Podmore and Vincent Muller with Jo Webber and Steve Mauger halving their matches.
